Once an order has been received, HSS will continue to liaise with the client, to ensure that the project runs smoothly to agreed budgets and timescales.
This can involve HSS ordering materials, booking installation teams along with the required plant and submitting health and safety documentation including method statements and risk assessments.
During the installation process HSS will continue to monitor the build progress and liaise with the client regarding any issues. On larger projects, partial handover may be requested by the client allowing part of the new installation to be used prior to overall completion.
Upon completion HSS always ensure that the client is completely satisfied with every aspect of the installation before leaving site.
